ABOUT ME
I'M ALLY!
If I’m not busy photographing people, tending to my two fur children, studying medicine, or being a firewife, you can catch me on the couch with snacks and Grey’s Anatomy or out adventuring with my husband. What I love about my job is being a part of someones most special moments of their life. How cool is it that I get to help plan a surprise proposal?! Or witnessing two lovers enjoy time together? How about a pregnancy announcement?! I love every second of being a part of something so much bigger than myself.

My husband and I love adventuring and being surrounded by nature, but we also love a good night in with Netflix! You won’t catch us at a bar or club, that’s just not our style. We’d rather trailer at the beach for a night enjoying each other’s company, and duh… S’mores! We’ve been to Hawaii, Mammoth, Utah, Arizona, and have so much more on our list of places to go! We love the beach and mountains, but I think my favorite is the beach while his is the mountains lol. Talking about favorites!! My favorite food is Mexican, favorite color is pink, favorite tv shows are Grey’s Anatomy and The Office, my favorite animal is a gorilla, and my favorite movie is Joker (if you haven’t seen it yet you need to!!).

I started out with a simple point and shoot in high school. I didn't take it seriously. My sister in law (yes, I’m married to my high school sweetheart!) and I would do “photoshoots.“ When I look back at them I laugh my ass off hahaha. I had that camera for awhile and just took pictures of whatever. I really liked landscape photography! It wasn’t until 2017 when I got my real camera - thanks Hubs! I started doing more landscapes and one day I just decided to take photos of my friends baby for his 1st birthday. It started slow that fall and winter of 2017. I didn’t call myself a legit photographer until 2018 when I decided to pursue it part-time on top of my other jobs and school. Later in 2018 I started with weddings and from there it just blew up. I am sooo grateful for all of my past clients the trusted me with their pictures! I 100% wouldn't be here today without them.

My style is more candid and less posed. It’s fun watching you get so dizzy from spinning your fianceé around lol. If you book with me, I promise your cheeks and stomach will hurt from laughing so much! I love to have fun during my sessions and weddings and I don’t take things too serious. I love families who want that ‘tongue out‘ pictures! I love the wedding party that wants to throw the groom in the air! I love the high school senior who twirls so much she almost falls down! And to the couples who are down for anything like climbing sketchy rocks and getting steamy, I LOVE YOU. My goal as your photographer is to make you feel all the feels when you look back at your photos and remembering how you felt during your session. Capturing real and authentic moments is my jam. I love the feeling of seeing my couples laugh and have so much fun during their sessions! It just feels so natural when I’m around them having a good time! When I photograph families, it’s so fun to see the personalities of the little babes. I’ve come across some fierce kids that are just so much fun to shoot! My idea of a good shoot is hanging out, getting to know you, snapping pics along the way and capturing memories that you will have for a life time.

Let’s talk weddings for a quick second. They can be SO stressful planning! I’ve been there and done that. I’ve learned from my own mistakes and carry that with me when shooting weddings. I’ve learned that lighting is an extremely important factor when planning your timeline. It’s also important that you plan at least 20 minutes alone with your new hubby or wifey for some portraits and alone time! These two pieces of advice are the things I stress the most about when helping my bride and groom plan their day. There are other things to consider as well and guess what, I am there every step of the way to help guide you in the right direction!

I can go on and on, but why don’t you just text or email me? Let’s get to know each other! Let’s plan your wedding or anniversary photos, or maybe we can chat for an hour about where you’re going to college next year. I’d love to capture it!
